A simple, creamy smoothie made with avocado and mango.
Ingredients

- 1 ripe avocado, pitted and scooped
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey or sweetener (optional)
Instructions
- Place the avocado, frozen mango, milk, lime juice, and sweetener (if using) into a blender.
- Secure the lid and blend on high speed until completely smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a small amount of extra milk and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a colder smoothie, use frozen avocado chunks instead of fresh.
- You can substitute orange juice for some of the milk for a tangier flavor.
