- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas or wraps
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, mashed avocado, lemon juice, and garlic powder.
- Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated and the avocado is incorporated.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to your preference.
- Lay out the tortillas flat. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the four tortillas, spreading it down the center.
- Top the chicken mixture on each tortilla with chopped romaine lettuce and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom up to create a wrap.
- Slice the wraps in half if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
- For a tangier flavor, add 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard to the chicken mixture.
- If the mixture seems too thick, add a tablespoon of water or extra dressing.
