Instructions
- Combine chia seeds, almond milk, diced apple, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract in a jar or container.
- Stir the mixture well until all ingredients are mixed.
- Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until the pudding thickens.
- Stir the pudding before serving.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, blend the mixture before refrigerating.
- Add a small amount of chopped walnuts or pecans on top before eating for crunch.
