- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- 1 apple, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a small baking dish.
- Separate the cinnamon rolls and place them in the baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the diced apple, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Spoon the apple mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
- Sprinkle with pecans, if using.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drizzle with icing from the cinnamon roll can before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the apple mixture.
- Serve warm with a cup of coffee or tea.
