Ingredients

  • 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 oz Freshly Brewed Espresso, cooled

  • 0.5 oz Caramel Sauce (for rim/garnish)
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. If desired, rim half the glass with caramel sauce, then dip in sugar or finely chopped nuts.
  3. Combine vodka, coffee liqueur, cooled espresso, and apple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice.
  5. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
  6. Double strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
  7. Drizzle a small amount of caramel sauce over the top for garnish.
