Chewy cookies packed with the flavors of Almond Joy candy bars.

			- 1 cup butter, softened
 - 1 cup granulated sugar
 - 1 cup packed brown sugar
 - 2 large eggs
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 tsp baking soda
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 2 cups milk chocolate chips
 - 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
 - 1 cup chopped almonds
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
 - Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
 - In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
 - Stir in milk chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and chopped almonds.
 - Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
 - Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
 - Let cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
 
Notes
- Do not overmix the dough after adding the dry ingredients.
 - You can use dark chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate chips if you prefer.
 - Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3-4 days.
