Quick and easy chicken fajitas cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 8 small flour tortillas
- Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, guacamole
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the chicken strips with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned chicken, sliced bell peppers, and onion into the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry at 380°F (195°C) for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Warm the tortillas according to package directions (microwave or dry skillet).
- Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture in the warm tortillas with your desired toppings.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for 30 minutes before cooking.
- If using frozen chicken, thaw completely before seasoning and cooking.
